We drew inspiration from female activists and ancient female symbolism throughout the ages, nothing was off limits, I wanted to explore the female form and all its profound strengths. But yes, I also wanted this to look damn cool. 😎
I wanted the cover to be striking and Inherently female - beautiful and feminine yet breaking the typical comic book mould, no Lycra bodysuits for my girl 🥳 I wanted this to feel surreal yet enticing, so right from the start my readers would know they were in for a different kinda comic book ride... @jo_can_draw we couldn’t have done it without you!
