The only thing I liked about the other world was that Buffy's mom was still alive. I guess a coma is possible, that's better than her dying or going catatonic. Was it ever confirmed what happened to the Buffy in the mental hospital? Like I said, I always assumed she died cause Buffy went back to Sunnydale and the other one became an empty shell cause of that. It's depressing regardless.
