^ That's true, especially since it seems like there are so many new ways that kids bully each other now. It is so much worse now than it was back when I was in school. It made sense that Riley was the character that TPTB picked to be the central figure in the bullying storyline. Her eternal optimism and goofy ways were bound to bug other kids. It really broke my heart to see how broken she was by her bully's words.
