The start of my jump rope journey. I’ve been jumping basic rope for a about 5 years for cardio with Kira. However, I really want to learn steps and get good! Coordination is tough for me at times. This first video may seem so simple, but watch in the others slides what it took to figure it out. Slide 1 is the end result. Slide 2 is the start. Slide 3 is working on it.
