Justin was very well built as Tom put it. Tom has bigger arms and chest (significantly) where Justin is more "defined"/well-rounded (nicer abs for example). Their body types were clearly not the same. They are both very good looking well built men.
I heard Stephen Amil and Grant Gustin talk about this though (feeling uncomfortable being next to larger guys).. and Stephen is really nicely built/ well rounded... etc. I also heard that Michael felt a little unsecure being around TW at times. It's the side/by side they dont' particularly like.
I always feel so weird talking about other people's bodies lol
