Yes, she was!
But I also think that had a lot to do with Zoe not really ever being in love because she didn't feel anything with the guy she was with for 6 years in NY and then when she was with Judson the only way she said they were good for each other was because he was like the guy in her favorite movie.
And George was another issue entirely.
