OK. So, I believe he did father a daughter, but also there's a woman named "Duela Dent" who is Harvey Dent's daughter, but she has gone by different aliases as that I know of Catwoman's, Scarecrow's, the Penguin's daughter. Here are the names of those aliases: "Catgirl", "Scarecrone", "the Card Queen and the Harlequin". She is partners with Enigma who is the Riddler's daughter.
