^I'm guessing it's because she doesn't remember. If she was too intoxicated to consent that it is technically considered rape. Now if something did go down between Allie and Tripp (I can see him has Henry's father it's more of a story than a newbie), I almost wonder if Tripp was too intoxicated as well and they did their thing and went their own ways hence Allie leading to the rape belief. I'm curious to see where this goes exactly. I'd almost bet Tripp and Allie did sleep together but again both were too intoxicated to remember leading Allie to say it's rape (which it would be, but if Tripp doesn't remember either than that's a slippery slope). If Allie doesn't remember I'm curious as to what Tripp does or doesn't remember.
