Right now I have an issue with Allie and Nicole... Allie doesn't seem that convinced of being raped but Nicole is telling her she was so she decides to press charges against Tripp without being 100% positive that Tripp raped her?

If Tripp is innocent, his whole reputation is ruined over a false allegation.
