Theresa I've been teaching 3/4 of my classes online for several years, so the move to full online isn't bad. Last semester it was because we switched right at Spring Break due to Covid. However, this semester, I've planned them full online from the start, so I hope it goes a bit smoother. I do save commute time, as it's a 30 minute drive to the university, and then I have to park and walk across campus. So I am saving myself 1.5 hours a day by working from home. I do miss seeing students in person, but I'm quite happy with full online right now with the Covid situation what it is. |
Ah I see! I did online teaching during co-vid and then end of july, my class returned to school (well most did) so I was in school 2/3 days a week. I found teaching online really tricky, as my class are very young. I start back next Tuesday, full time.
