I'm watching Hailey's first episode. She was great up until she spilled coffee on Platt. Then, yep. What happened???? But, I like her. She's tough. She stood up to Voight. Normally, people don't because of the whole "reputation precedes you" bit.

Oh, wow, her story about Platt was so sweet. I really like Hailey. She's funny and tough, but she's also got a bit of modesty to her.
