There really wasn't much to do in Sherbrooke. And, if you imagine, that was the "big town" for us.

If I recall, two of the movies we saw were Korean and I think the other two were Japanese... There were definitely Korean flicks amongs the lot, but I seem to remember it was two Korean and two from another Asian country and I really think it was Japan, but it's been a while. One was kinda vintage, two were comedies and one was actually pretty melodramatic.

I wouldn't have gone for horror or sci-fi that's too sci-fi. Like, my appreciation of sci-fi is not optimal. I like Star Wars, Star Trek, the Joss Whedon stuff and that's essentially it. I like sci-fi when it's not about world building or whatever.

Like, if you ask the author, Outlander's about time travel, but if that's all it was about, I wouldn't be into it. The love story, the family stuff, that's why I'm interested.
