NCIS: From the backdoor pilot I'd have to say Gibbs, but from s1 I liked Tony & Kate from the get go...
NCIS LA: Deeks. Before his appearance I couldn't really connect with the show in s1... Besides it being an "ncis show" things didn't really click...
NOLA: I liked Loretta from the start, she has never disappointed me and I love how everyone tends to rely on her emotional maturity...
