Is grey hair prominent in your family? I get like one white hair every few months ever since my early 20s. I pull it out and wait until I see another. My parents have been dyeing their hair since their 30s, but I don't think they had any white hairs back then. They probably saw a few, freaked out, and just stuck to dyeing their hair.
