What's interesting in this ST is that we have two force users in a romantic Relationship. Anakin-Padme was unbalanced, since he was a Jedi and she wasn't. Plus the whole slave-Queen. Leia was a force sensitive who never trained but she had the force and Han didn't have it and was rather dismissive of it.
Here, we have two force users. There are no more Jedi or Sith so there's nothing preventing them being together. It probably happened in other mediums, like in books but I haven't read them or seen the animes, my only exposure to Star Wars is through movies, so for me, it's brand new. And if there is a new Skywalker trilogy in 25 years, then it could be a new permutation. Like Ben and Rey have children, like twins. The boy is powerful with the Force but the girl is not Force sensitive at all. And she could be a politician turned bad fighting her twin brother. __________________

Yeah, I don't get how balance between the light side and the dark side can be achieved if Ben dies or isn't redeemed in some ways. It makes no sense. I have read some posters saying that Rey will teach the Young generation.
How??? Luke was barely trained, either, tried to restart the Jedi order and well, it ended in tragedy. Rey is even less trained than he was so basically, it should end up the same way. Ben, on the other hand, has been trained, for years, by both the light (Luke) and the dark (Snoke). If he chooses to be Grey or whatever he wants, neutral, using both sides of the Force, he seems the most trained out there. __________________

The Force is clearly pushing to work together and stop fighting each other. Everytime they fought, something cracked. This alone should be a clue that if one of them dies, there won't be any balance. The Force wants them both alive.

Rey fights just like Kylo Ren and uses her saber the same way. Logical, since she has no experience and therefore, all the has is Kylo's experience in her mind.
