So far so good, Liv. My first day back Tuesday was pretty good. I like my new professors. They are both pretty laid-back and have a good sense of humor so hopefully this will be a easy semester and good learning experience.

Sorry I didn't post again yesterday. I had homework on the first day and crushed out earlier that I forgot to post.

That's great! So pleased to hear that your professors are much more laid back. It definitely helps making the learning experience more enjoyable. And don't worry about forgetting to post, I do that too.

So a quick update on what is going on. We are having issues with a tower that is located in my subdivision that is affecting everyone that has internet access with certain companies. We had a cable/net guy out today to see if it was just us but it's not. They said they are going to get the problem fixed by the end of this month to early Feb the latest. My net will drop frequently until than. I have been trying to get online since 3pm and its now 7:36pm now and it let me on but not sure for how long. I can't wait for this issue to get fixed. Its so annoying.

Gosh, that must be frustrating! Hope they'll fix it real soon.

I'm in the middle of reorganising and redecorating my room. I've finally got a new bed, a bigger single than my old one, which was delivered this morning. It was quite a feat getting up the stairs 'cause we have quite a narrow staircase on the second floor, thankfully the delivery man managed to ok. The new mattress is a lot more comfy. I did have the old one for about 20 years! I've ordered a new TV unit for my new TV, so that should arrive in the next couple of weeks and I'll be taking my old chest of drawers and desk to the charity shop to make more space. I can't wait till it's all done!

Oh wow 20 years, I am so glad you got a new comfy bed. It was hard moving into my house especially moving furniture down in the basement. We couldn't afford movers so it was me, my fiance, my sister, brother, my brother's friend, my dad, and my uncle. Luckily my dad, uncle and brother's friend had trucks and we rented a small moving van for the big stuff. It's funny how much you realize you own once you are moving and packing up.

I hated moving too. We moved ourselves as well and it was a pain but it was moving out from a bad apartment to a house so it was worth it. How nice to get a nice bed after all those years of having same bed. I need to get a new bed myself. I think mine is about 12 years old now. The mattress is about 7 years so it has worn down.

That's good you got out of a bad apartment and into a house. That is pretty much what me and my fiance did too. It will be a year in April that we bought our house. Time really flies, it doesnt feel that long ago since we moved in.

Yeah, it was long overdue! When my family and I moved 16 years ago, we had lot of stuff. I'm just trying to remember how long it must have taken to unpack everything! It was so long ago now. Very true, you don't really realise how much stuff you have until you have to pack and unpack it!
