Destiny brought them together, again under difference circumstances. Elena Ramos was left by John Ross’s cousin and he knew it was now or never, He would finally get his chance to be with the only girl who ever understood him. John Ross found Elena in Mexico and from that moment on John Ross became her HeroThey worked together and found out they made the perfect Teamwhen it came to love and oil. But like everything there were bumps in the road, Christopher and the famous letter Elena had received months before got blamed on John Ross and so they ended up breaking up, yet still working together. They'e s t a r - c r o s s e d lovers. After John Ross cleared his name as the person who sent the email, John Ross and Elena got back together there was a lot of secrets hidden between both of them, John Ross was secretly keeping his part in trying to get south fork away from Bobby, his uncle. And Elena’s secret of kissing Christopher was both held from each other. A truce between the cousins and a engagement, John Ross thought his life was perfect, that is when the secret he had tried so hard to protect Elena from was found out after Elena came by Bobby’s house, overhearing everything. After that Elena broke off the engagement and was sent back to Christopher. Leaving a heartbroken John Ross holding the engagement ring . Despite their break up, and Elena being with Christopher her heart is still set on John Ross Ewing whether or not they’re together. This is only the beginningof their love story

Despite John Ross’ mischievous and rebellious ways, Elena always saw the good in him and supported him, which lead to John Ross Secretly caring for her his whole life. But it was Christopher who won her heart when they began dating in graduate school and eventually became engaged. When a misunderstanding led to calling off their wedding, Elena was heartbroken and fled to Mexico where john Ross found her and confessed. His love. I won't stop believing until I can't believe anymore (i.e. the series finale).

Tonight's premiere really is going to be bittersweet. Looking forward to seeing John Ross/Josh again, but then it'll be hard to watch him without Elena.

I know we'll keep this thread & the love for them alive!

I don't blame Josh and Jordana, It's PR their trying to sell their pairings. It's going to be hard watch either one of them, John Ross and nasty Rebecca

or Elena and the creep I don't know which one is worse.

There is so much damage control & whitewashing going on with the Christopher & Elena pairing. Between Metcalfe’s interview & now this from Brewster, I cannot get over how foolish they, including Cidre obviously, are. It is a very bad move to tell fans of the infinitely more popular pairing that they are shouting at windmills. Jordana, some of us want to still like your character, telling us she is a user will not help the cause. I know the soap drill, but the smart actors & show runners take care not to alienate fans in interviews. These are some very unfortunate remarks. If Elena has a blind spot for anyone, it is the whiny, immature, selfish, abusive, sanctimonious douchebag Christopher. That’s what was actually, you know, on the screen.

Saying Christopher & Elena are the good guys here does not make it so.

I remember how excited I was for the start of the new season shortly after the season finale 1. It's only 5 months ago. And now I'm not so excited after reading all the spoilers. I wanted to be prepared but now I wish I've never read any spoiler.

I shouldn't care. I suffered enough with other tv series. It's the best to stop shipping particular couple, because it hurts too much to see them getting destroyed by the showrunners.

No but really he just pissed off his JRE Fanbase. Alienating your fanbase isn't good. I don't like Rebecca, think now she's some kind of sick Pervert getting off on having sex while pregnant

but hey at least she's sticking to living Christopher. it seems like all the excitement for this season died for me yesterday with those interviews.
