Well at least we got to see a special moment of them dancing together. They should have stayed away, ruining a perfectly good moment between the two lovebirds

Okay so I've been thinking I realised the other night that Brian is always (except for once I think) the one to take Justin back.

When Justin chases him he allows it and allows him to keep coming back.

When he leaves with Ethan and comes back Brian takes him back.

When Justin kisses that guy on the mouth Brian accepts it.

When Brian leaves to Los Angeles he is the one who wants to go and visit and when Justin comes back and says is your offer still available he just opens the draw and takes him back.

When he leaves the loft (before the fire) in season 5 Brian lets him go even though it breaks his heart.

When Justin says no to marriage Brian is the one who tries again and does the romantic proposal and buys the house.

Brian comes to Justin to get him back after he leaves when they set the rules and although I guess Justin takes him back in a sense, Brian was the one who went to him first and got him back.

The only time I can think of when Justin sort of led the relationship renewal was when Brian kicked him out when he had cancer and Justin made him the soup and said I'm here so get used to it.

People give Brian grief and all this stuff but they wouldn't even be together if Brian didn't take him back and go after Justin himself. They talk about their love but I don't know if people give Brian enough credit for the way he loves Justin and how much he did put into the relationship . JMO and something I was thinking about

Brian changed all his self made rules for Justin..

not going after a guy, not sleeping with one twice..

he is blamed to be heartless, to be selfish and to be not romantic.. and I have to admit, the first time I watched the show, I overlooked a lot of those little bits Brian sends without break... I was annoyed of the "on and off" relationship that Brian didn't even want to admit, but the more often I saw it the more I understood that Brian was made to be misunderstood by all the only one time watchers.. only if you let yourself get caught in it you see the real sensitive and soft person..

I don't think that they would have ended up as a couple so long if Brian wouldn't have been so in love .. he loved Justin so much that he just let him go without thinking about himself and his broken heart at all..

yes , he made mistakes ( f:cemsored:ing rage in front of Justins eyes knowing that their relationship was in danger might not have been the wisest choice, but he was hurt at that moment) but he always set Justins wellbeing before himself in kind a way..

and even when he pushed Justin away when he had cancer, he only did it to protect him , so that he doesn't have to deal with a sick and probaly dying lover in his young age. Seeing Justin fight for their realtionship at that point showed that he also truly loved Brian, no matter what.

Yep yep yep! I don't know why they made Brian like that - that his friends didn't see it or the audience doesn't see it the first time round. He is romantic and loving and almost everything he did was for Justin - you're right about him even pushing Justin away because he thought it was for Justin's own good. And he lets him go and come back every time because of that love

It is one thing that the audience has to watch it more then once to et it, but an other thing if you make hs friends not seeing him as the person he is.. I would say that doesn't really speak for friends at all.. but maybe they wanted Justin look at him with a fresh eye and see all the hidden things

Maybe that was why it was like that - so we could see Brian through Justin's eyes more. But without Brian there would have been a lot of bad things happen and Justin would've lost Brian very quickly if he didn't love him and keep taking him back - Brian is so sweet

He absolutly is, and if you look closer you also could see that in a lot of things he was kind of insecure.. I think his bad boy image that he put on himslef mostly was a facade..

I was happy that Justin managed to look right through him.

I think you're right - he is insecure despite all the bravado he puts on and how he acts he just wants someone to love him and see that he is worthy of that love - he didn't get that from his parents or sister that's for sure.

Yeah, that's pure love when you can look past everything that's bad. Justin loved him that much he saw past his insecurities easily from what I have seen.
The scenes I have watched so far with these two is the definition of love.
