I do which some of these shows did save the surprise for the end. Like I remember in a shocking episode of Angel, it was a crazy cliffhanger that happened with a returning character, no one know when/how the character would appear but when it happened it was like WTFFF?

:tud: And they had the character name appear in the credits at the END of the episode.

So, it was in no way spoiled....

^ Faith appearance in 2x01... didn't know Faith would be in it until the finale scene and of course her name appeared after the episode.
But the main one is the Dru appearance at the end of "The Trial" That was a crazy moment.

Actually don't think anyone knew of Darla return at the end of season 1 as well. lol that wasn't spoiled as well.

If he wasn't a series regular, I would have assumed a later date but than again Arthur was a series regular last season, and missed like 6 episodes....
Matt Letscher (Eobard) was also series regular last season... so you never know, I guess.
