I wish he was cast as Grindelwald instead. Colin wasn't over the top with the acting and yes he was menacing because he was basically Grindelwald but maybe Graves wasn't really a bad person. Grindelwald is also good with dark magic so to be able to be Graves is quite impressive but I'm sure Graves put up a fight with him before Grindelwald finally got him. I would really love a backstory on Graves.

Yeah I don't think he was evil too and I don't think he'd use Credence like that either. Clever of Grindelwald to keep Credence a secret because the MACUSA will frown upon his illegal shenanigans with him.

He was just so perfect, nothing over the top being Graves. You know that something is up with him and there were instances that I also see some Graves in him but that would probably be because Grindelwald is good at doing this.
