Because of Leta. I don't want them to show that Theseus is all better after her death (depending on the time jump for part 3).

Right? Plus it'll wear off eventually depending on the dosage or how much you made. A small sip and probably an hour of use only. More sips most likely longer like in the cause of Barty Crouch Jr. who made a lot of Polyjuice.
