I haven't read much Roswell fic at all lately, but I'm being tempted back into it by discussions over on the Roswell board thread.

Liz is not my favorite Roswell character. I had issues with her throughout the second season, and grew totally exasperated with her in HoM. The end of the season really didn't redeem her in my mind. So I try just to remember S1 Liz, who I did like, when thinking about her or writing her.

Yes, these days I'm not really liking Max & Liz that much. I went though a period of almost liking them, but that period has sadly gone. And yes like I said before, I do skip over their scenes while watching my DVD's. I would rather watch Michael/Maria, Alex/Isabel or even Kyle/Tess. Because I found these characters and couples much more interesting and I thought they had tons of potential. Max & Liz were just done to death, and it ended up really boring.

That's a good thing to do. I liked Season 1 Liz. But it got to the end of Season 2, and i was like GO AWAY, PLEASE! I like how you write her in your stories.

Yea, it's bummer... Especially as she was such an awesome writer. But if you go to Crashdown . com, she has some fics archived there. Unfortunately Roswellunderground has nothing.

Alltho underground has some really good ficists, just not her.

Mmmm... It's a pity how everything is shutting down.

And that's such an awesome art! Departure Definitely the best season finale Roswell ever had! Not there's a lot, but... hehe. Overall though, I think I liked season 1 the best. But S2 definitely had great moments. Enjoy your DVDS.

I thought the music thing was a little weird on the episode menu thing on the DVD but now I like it. I just didn't think it really fit at first.

Oh yeah, I think that music score is originally Max and Liz's theme and so it seemed a little too mellow and dramatic at first. But yeah it does grow on you so I think it works now. What really bothered me about that menu thing was Nelly Furtado's picture. We don't even see Tess's picture on the menu and yet we have her. Laurie's picture I could handle. Even Courtney's picture I could handle! But Nelly Furtado?

Yeah, that jumped out at me too, so I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one. Especially since that entire "let's stop investigating our best friend's death by aliens for a minute so we can listen to this song" scene seemed awkward to me at the time, and is one of my least-favorite parts of a storyline that I had lots of problems with. She wasn't exactly a character on the show, after all, no matter how much Maria and Liz liked her music.
