I'm not exactly sure. I've never paid attention to the production numbers they've used as I don't think they're ever shown in the show. Any number on the building would be fake for the show and then they "reset" Stars Hollow for various other films and show. I know the original Luke's Diner seen in the pilot episode is actually in Toronto, Canada. After that, Luke's Diner was found on the set at WB studios.
