Ah okay. I like that it's being shown to people who mightn't have been able to watch it on Netflix.

Lorelai knew she had a thing for Luke early on but was in denial FOREVER. That line proved it.

Agreed.

I just knew Lorelai had feelings for Luke. Maybe not at the start of season 1, but certaintly towards the end of it. When she wanted to help him paint (and then Christopher came back), etc. Lorelai just found it hard to leave Christopher behind imo (but I don't think he was the love of her life - she mainly wanted to love him because of Rory and the idea of a traditional mum/dad/child family) and she also didn't want to ruin their special friendship, which I get.

Crazy how time flies, huh? I did from the moment Lorelai complimented Luke on his appearance in the pilot. I was hooked on their romance from that moment on.
