Thanks for the new thread.

So I looked for the stuff about her break but couldn't find the exact link to where she said it I just remember everyone was talking about it at the LUX board.

She actually says it on the DVD from the IBGinc event. I'm not sure if anyone published it (Danielle maybe?) but she said something along the lines of: "I'm not the kind of person that likes to work all the time, and career wise I feel very satisfied with LUX, so I will be taking a little break". Something like that When I have a chance I'll look back at the DVD for exact wording

Thanks, Cristal! I really wish she won't be gone too long It always so long wait to hear Shiri's new projects anyway without her on a break. But I can understand the desire to have a break. I think it might be a emotionally hard to have a amazing TV family, and after two short season you have to 'leave' them.

I wish I made a lot of money like Shiri and could just take a break from work whenever I felt like it. She does however work real hard and put in crazy hours. I would still love to see the DVD from the IBGinc event.

I know the following is not new news however it's better then nothing. The girls at Shiri-Online uploaded some pics from the Race For The Cur Event. Great job girls. I love the pics.

ITA 110% It's great to see her support a good cause. Shiri looks just as good in shorts and a tee shirt as she does on the red carpet.

Shiri Appleby at Monkeyland Audio in Burbank. I am not sure what this even is all about. However thank's to PieMan from another messageboard we get a brand new super cute pic to over. A lot of other celebs were at this event.

Looks like Shiri isn't taking a complete break fom acting. She participated in an event called 24HR Hollywood Rush.

I so wish the site had pictures of the event! i would really like to hear in more detail that what they did in there!
