Yeah it's definitely an angstier ablum which isn't how I want to write Ace and Nancy

. I've been obsessed with cardigan and those lyrics would be great inspo

I was also thinking Daylight maybe (which is from Lover but I guess Taylor in general is inspiring me

)

Exactly! It's way too angsty! I think "Lover" is probably a better source inspiration (or even 1989 or even parts of Reputation...I think "Dress" could be an inspiration).

"Daylight" is actually on this Nancy/Ace playlist Megan (from tumblr) made. I think that's a great song for them.

Yeah, Taylor's new album.... as glorious as it is, is way too angsty for Nancy/Ace.

I know right?! I can't even imagine them ever taking that ~extremely angsty route (although ANYTHING is possible). I can think of a bunch of other pairings it would fit thought...usually ones I shipped that were screwed over.

You should definitely at least listen to it all the way through...but my favorite song is "Exile": the duet with Bon Iver. I also love "My Tears Ricochet", "Cardigan", and "The 1". I pretty much every song though. But definitely start with those.

i do like the fading is nice

its not an angsty album but it isnt a drive in your car type of album to , it is a good chill one

I listened to it in my car. It was great! Give it a try! I think "Cardigan" is especially a great song for the car!

Part of the lyrics even fit Ace/Nancy a little...but mostly the album is way too angsty for their relationship (right now).

I keep listening to this album and usually it takes me several listens to get into Taylor songs.

Yes! That's good one. Also, "Dress" could end up being a good one for them too...since it's a song about friends to lovers.
