Tired yep.
I'm thinking I need to set my alarm earlier in the morning so I have more time to adjust and wake up because right now my alarm goes off and I need to get up, and clearly that's not working in combination with my fulltime job (and skam).  I'm just exhausted now.__________________

i'm honestly the same. i just snooze for like 10 minutes and then go full speed

Yeah, I used to do that as well when I was still at my previous job, but now my drive to work is 40 minutes so I have to leave earlier but still wanted to sleep as long, but sacrifices need to be made.

For morning shifts I wake up at 5am but thankfully that's not every day
I am happy that we're starting to see some sunlight a bit earlier though, makes the whole morning commute mildly more bearable __________________

When I'm on the open shift I set my alarm for 5.40am. It gives me enough time to get ready & catch the bus, & that's it really. I won't go any earlier as I like sleep & I'm not a morning person
. It used to be 5.45am but I had to take it back 5 minutes as I needed that time to wake sometimes.  I was excited to see morning lightness as it had disappeared but now daylight savings ending made it come back again. Of course now I'm doing late shift tomorrow, off for a week, then doing late shift for two weeks so by the time I'm on early shift again it'll probably be back to being dark at that time again  But I enjoyed the 3 days it lasted for  Mel hope you figure out a schedule which works well for you__________________
