I sadly wasn't too impressed with the revival either
 And I was SO pumped cause I was SO looking forward to it! When it was revealed the last 4 words were said by both / to each other, I knew that either it would Rory saying she's pregnant or maybe the both of them saying it at the same time. I agree with what y'all said about the show not being fit in these times. I still love watching the old series, cause it's nostalgia. And I don't mind that the jokes are outdated / not done these days. But the fact that this revival kinda was stuck in that time wasn't something I was loving either __________________

Yeah, I was excited too, mainly because of nostalgia. I remember coming home from school and watching the show in the afternoon while eating dinner and living vicarously through Rory's love life.

Reading this thread, I honestly don't even remember the musical at all and it's made me realize that I got so annoyed by this that I've only watched it once and remember very little of it.

I only watched it once too but the musical scenes are hard to forget, it went on forever, I might have fallen asleep while watching it. __________________
