Me too! Those are my favorite moments, when characters work together to bring down a common enemy.

I just watched their first proper interaction of season one, and it was not pleasant. Even though I get why he did it, it made me sad that Steve ripped up Jonathan's pictures and broke his camera.

^ He did change once he realized some of the things that were happening in Hawkins.

That fight at the Byers house was a great wake-up call for Steve. I loved that the guys (and Nancy) fought side-by-side against the Demogorgon.

I think he could have handled that situation in another way. He didn't have to be a complete jerk about it.

That reminds me of this quote from one of my favorite shows: "(girls) come and (girls) go, but you always have your friends" I think these two guys definitely have the potential to be friends, and no matter what happens between the guys and Nancy, their (potential) friendship will always win out...at least that's how I imagine it.
