It's so true. I don't know if it's the same with Real Madrid but for the Patriots you're either a fan or you hate them. There isn't a middle ground.

Here in the US the Patriots are probably the most hated team across all sports.

Do you mean does Barcelona have haters? Oh definitely, Real Madrid and Barcelona are some of the most hated (and at the same time loved) teams and there's always a lot of whining and complaining from them when those teams do well.

I mean it annoys me a lot to see Barca do well but I try not dwell on it and I certainly don't go around posting about it.

I'm sure that gives you fans a "us against the world" kind of feeling, right?

Yeah I kind of figured that. Both teams have had lots of success so it brings out lots of jealousy from other fans.

Oh it definitely does. When they were in the SB lots of people were tweeting Patriots vs everyone else. It made them winning the SB even sweeter.

Haha I know what you mean, it was the same thing with the CL final this year (though apparently all the other Italian teams were rooting for Real because they can't stand Juve xD), so it felt good to show them who's the best.
