Oh the fans are definitely spoiled. And the fans definitely get mad at a player when they make a mistake. Lots of Patriot fans yelled at Tom Brady when he threw the pick 6 in the SB.

That is just so wrong. Fans should be grateful for the great players who have brought so much success for the team in the past and not abandon them as soon as they temporarily struggle

You cannot be a fair-weathered fan.

A true fan sticks with the team through the good, bad, and ugly.

There are so many times where I have cursed out everybody on the SF 49ers and wanted to fire them all ( ) but I will always, always, always be a fan of them. I will never waver.

Red and gold until I am dead and cold.

I'm a Patriot fan and while they've been very successful for the past 16 years they've still gone through stuff and I never turned on them and I never will.

I agree a true fan doesn't turn on a player no matter what.

Well said, I agree with you. I mean I get frustrated with my team from time to time (like now when they seem to be selling their players left and right) but I made my choice to support them and I'm gonna stick to it and suffer with them when I have to.

I get frustrated when the Patriots get rid of great players but Bill Belichick has been their coach since 2000 and when he gets rid of someone he's usually right.

Yeah you just gotta trust and hope that the coach makes the best decisions for the team.

Yes and I do trust that Belichick will do what's best for the team. He pretty much always does.

That's great. Real Madrid's current coach Zidane has been doing an excellent job too so I'll just have to trust he'll make the right decisions in this transfer window too.

He is doing a wonderful job right now (except mayeb with our defense that gives me multiple heart attacks every time xD).

So speaking of rivalry, there really isn't one like El Clasico at its best.

Ha ha I get that. The Patriots defense has given me heart attacks in years past.

No there definitely isn't anything like El Clasico. I had no idea the entire history of it.

I always get nervous when the opposing team gets near our goal. But our defense does a great job too.

When I was watching the last Clasico the commentators said it's the biggest rivalry in club football, maybe even in all sports. I have to say I agree. And yeah, it has an amazing history, it's given lots of good and bad memories for both sides.

I get nervous whenever the opposing team has a 3rd down. Mostly because they have a history of giving up those plays. I sometimes can't even look.

Yeah I thought El Clasico was big because of Messi and Ronaldo. I didn't realize there is decades of history between the 2 clubs.

I do that too, I just can't look if it gets too exciting/nerve-wracking and I have to leave the room.

Yeah it's definitely been a thing way before those two and will continue to be a thing after them too. But in the recent years I guess they have been a symbol for the rivalry.
