Yeah, they wouldn't necessarily have to be sick - or critically sick anyway. There were some health concerns about my sister in utero (they thought she could have spina bifida among other things) and she spent a day or so in a pediatric care ward after she was born just so they could run some tests - and she ended up absolutely fine.

Okay. As long as they are just there for tests and they wind up fine, I guess it's ok. But even that is going to put mom and dad - and the whole Scorpion family - through a lot of angst.

#1 wish - Groundbreaking on The Megan Dodd Pediatric Wing

Beyond that, I'd like to see Sylvester get involved in something. He gained a lot of confidence recently - a lot from his relationship with Megan. I'd like to see him put that confidence toward something meaningful outside of Scorpion. Like maybe mentoring gifted math students or becoming a Big Brother or something like that. I see this involvement having something to do with kids.

Can we have a shout out for Sylvester Dodd in 3.01-3.02? It seems like he was the only one truly focused on the case, and despite having to go through a boatload of things that make him shudder, he pulled through and kept his cool. He also seems to be the only one to realize that, whatever might be going on between individuals, the team and the family are too important to allow those issues to keep them apart. Hopefully the others will gain some perspective from Sly's example.

So I wonder how Sylvester is going to react to having a baby around. He's bound to think they are basically unsanitary creatures, but at the same time he's got such a big heart that I can't imagine him not falling in love with the first Scorpion baby.

I think Sly will be a terrific uncle to the baby! He probably won't volunteer for diaper duty though.

He'll be a big help to Happy and Toby, too - advising them on how to sanitize and germproof everything that comes into contact with the baby.
