I adore Laurel and Thea to pieces. I always imagined Thea to have looked upto Laurel since she's known her for a very long time. Surely Thea must have grown up alongside of Laurel due to her and Oliver being friends.

I made this a while ago and thought I would bring it in since this is about Thea and Laurel

This scene was very important for both of these ladies. Laurel has always been extremely supportive of Thea, and despite their differences over the trial, you can see just how strong their bond is. Laurel literally walks over to Thea and hugs her after this very saddening time. Then the mid-season finale happened and revealed something that I wish wouldn't be true...

Thea admires Laurel as a big sister and Laurel treats Thea like a little sister.

I adore the OP! Laurel always defends Thea, she's so selfless that way.

With Thea being away, she's only seen her twice I believe this season, but hopefully with this huge reveal, they end up spending more time together.

I love their relationship I just dont not want to see it all shattered because I'm not sure if they would be able to rebuild it especially since they don't have much at this moment tying them together. I mean I think if Laurel was romantically tied to Oliver right now things would be a bit different but honestly I'm not sure even Oliver is enough of a foundation to save their friendship at this point

I'm sure that in time Laurel and Thea will find their way back to eachother. They had a very honest scene in the last episode. I just hope that the kill investigation would be kept hidden away for too long. Thea deserves to know that her father is a very manipulative man. I can imagine Laurel to understand what happened, and that it wasn't Theas fault. At first she probably won't be able to wrap her head around that, but in the end Laurel and Thea are so precious to one another

I really feel that way too I think after awhile Laurel will be able to understand what happened due to how Malcolm did it and made Thea do it, with how Thea has no memory of doing it will kill Thea once she knows. Laurel is a forgiving person but at first its going to kill her, she's going to be overwhelm with grief and anger though

Yeah I think in the end Laurel will forgive Thea because that's the type of person she is and she will come to understand that it was all Malcolm manipulating things but I think it will be a long process for Laurel to be able to trust Thea again regardless of that.

I think it will be different she barely knows Roy, so her being upset is understandable but it is true that she has known Thea all her life

Could go either way but think its going to be I could see her being hurt but like you've said, she has known Thea all her life. I think that she could see that Thea would never have done it on her own, does Laurel know that Malcolm is Thea's father? because if she does. Then I see Laurel not being angry with Thea, because everyone knows how bad Malcolm is associated to Season 1.

So I truly see that Laurel will not be mad at Thea, but on the other hand. She's bent on revenge and she's got a dark patch in her now, she that could take over and could go the other way. Too blinded by finding out the truth and could go revenge on Thea
