agreed, Clint. In the movie world, there are small differences. just depends how a studio wants to label it to the audience. a good script, good acting and all around good people will make a movie great no matter what it's labeled.

my honest opinion, the only thing wrong with video game movies ispeople trying to put their own ideas or spin on things (like Doom or Hitman), we need people who love the games to make a movie out of it or based on it.

okay so story time.

One of my old xbox buddies was a super competitive fighting gamer. He would enter tournaments and everything for mostly Soul Caliber and Street Fighter. He would hate when I called him a glorified button masher. So I challenged him saying that all i'll do is mash buttons (not spam the same attack but mash random combinations). He agreed and was so cocky.

I beat him 5 times in a row. We never played again. haha.

I just bought mortal kombat XL because it's 5 bucks on the PSN store! FYI to anyone who's intrested in picking it up I'll happily play against you but I suck at fighting games
