I'm holding off judgment on the FF movie until we see it. I hope it wont be a disappointment, the cast is good and ... I like to be optimistic

True, there wasn't much development for the other characters. That's why sometimes what ruins everything is the writing, not the looks of the actors.

I haven't seen it yet, but I really liked First Class. But I'm still all for a complete reboot

They have already confirmed X-Men: Apocalypse and they said both past and present cast will be in the movie

I love the original cast. X2 is still one of the best superhero movies ever imo. X1 is a little dated though.

I havent seen DOFP yet either (the joys of living in a place that doesnt show Hollywood movies in cinemas

) but I love the X-Men movies, both the old ones and First Class (well ... not X3 so much

) so I'm excited about Apocalypse

ITA. I still love X2 but X-Men didn't age well. However those two movies are a lot better than many movies that have come out in the past 5 years.

I doubt Bryan Singer will recast but which characters would you like to see getting recast?

For sure X-3 sucked
I think Rogue and Jean especially were acted ok..the writing was the main issue

They already recast Gambit..not sure how I feel of it

..should we move this to OT since this is just for Flash comics etc or should we rename the thread?
