I am glad Jared is not gone from OUAT completely and that we will see a transition from Jared to Andrew playing Henry

I think what will be the biggest change aside from the aging up is for Henry to go from a supporting role to being the main character. Regina/Roni will now be a supporting character for him instead of the other way around.

I hope so too. I think she'll be there, I just think she won't have the focus she had in the past because they are trying to get the audience invested in the new characters.

I am hoping I'll enjoy the new characters and stories, but my main reason for watching is still Regina.

mine too. i am not opposed to see new characters although its something i need to get used to. i still dont get why writing off so many characters and adding new ones when we already had a perfect mix but oh well

I've wondered about that as well. I know JMo, Ginny, and Josh chose to leave but Bex, Emilie, and Jared didn't. At this point they've replaced 5 of the 6 regular actors that left and there are 3 more on recurring status so we're back to an inflated cast. Maybe these new actors make less money, I don't know? Or maybe it was more about wanting to take the show in a new direction than it was about money?

Sell i am sure they make less money but its not like once couldnt afford to pay for emolie and bex (doubt jared got that much) - i guess they rhought "this is our last season - we might as well go all out"
I remember the last season of lost being different too, with another universe and all and wveeyone had to remember who they were. Sounds so mixh like once now that i rhink about it lol

I didn't watch Lost, but my parents did and they told me it got really confusing and strange toward the end.

Right now, I am looking at this new season as an epilogue. If it does well and continues into more seasons and I keep watching, then I will probably change my outlook and see it as a beginning, but I'm not willing to assume all that right now.
