My night ended up going quick so we’ll see. I am one week soda free so now I’m trying to incorporate more walking so I’m thinking of walking to work tonight (weather depending of course)

I kinda feel the same lol but I did it the smart way this time and started drinking less and less. I’ve quit before cold turkey and fell right back into it. Next week we’re gonna go from juice to water.

I drink water almost exclusively - but once in a while I gotta have juice or soda

Today I had a bottle of water (huge improvement for me) and now some pink lemonade and I've got my crystal light for work. Tomorrow I'll try and do another bottle of water

I just got back from a concert. That was my big plan for the weekend. I took yesterday and today (Saturday) off. I managed to still get Sunday off as I usually do, so I'll be enjoying a weekend off. I do have groceries to get on Sunday and cooking for the week.

Yeah, I'm glad I made the decision to just take the day off yesterday. I wasn't going to go since it was a Friday night. I ultimately decided to go because it was the Farewell Tour for the band, Third Day. They are only doing 12 shows and Houston was one of them. I had never seen them before last night, so I mean, how could I not go?

I'm so thankful I have such an accommodating manager who doesn't ask questions or make a big deal when you ask off.
