I was at my best friends 30th birthday party last night, it was so much fun Suffering a little today though, a friend gave me a ride home this morning and I just went straight back to bed. Definitely a quiet day ahead for me!

I second that, Kathrin. My nights off I’m in bed by 10pm and the last time I had a drink it didn’t take much to knock me out and going to a club now a days? No thank you

Tell me about it KathrinI’ve recently discovered how much I love gin but man it makes me feel awful the next day, even if I don’t have that much. Also I can be socially awkward in big groups so getting having a few drinks gives me courage.

I can no longer even have half a mixed drink anymore. I used to have a stomach of steel but that went out the door though I do like the occasional mixed drink when I'm sitting home, relaxing etc..

What is curious: I stayed up watching Lucifer yesterday - I don't feel that tired today - maybe it will catch up with me tomorrow

It usually catches up with me the next day (I worked Saturday night, slept an hour Sunday and than was up til 11:30pm Sunday night but I was so tired Monday) so that's probably it.

Guys I think I’m a bad communicator or there’s something wrong with me. I’ve told you about me and the last guy I was seeings break up (he wanted us married, with a child on the way living wherever in another state by December), well since then I’ve been texting a new guy. He wanted to go out but I’d get nervous and I told him which he was okay with. He was hanging out with me while I worked. Anyways Sunday and Monday I didn’t answer his messages right away as we were at the zoo Sunday and Monday I caught up on sleep. Yesterday we were talking here and there but I took a two hour nap before work, well our jobs been cracking down on phone use etc so I read a message from him saying he’d be in but I didn’t respond assuming he was coming and I was in the middle of doing dishes. He called my phone about four times (mind you he knew I was at work and that they’re cracking down on that) so when I finally had everything done around 4am I responded and apologized for not answering as I assumed I’d just see him and I was busy. Well he ended up sending me about four nasty messages and admitted he was with another girl so I responded with “I’m sorry I cannot answer your calls while at work or respond to a message right away due to the crackdown on the phones which I told you about but same to you. I do wish you the best though.” And now he’s called my phone about three times but I refuse to answer because I’m not going to play second to another girl and I think not answering a personal phone call on my cell at work is pretty much common sense. I’m beginning to think it’s me because I’m so picky with guys or I just don’t trust them.
