He doesn't trust her. I don't see how he would ever trust her again. I don't think he would let her work for him. If he does, the writers will have to have some amazing writing for me to believe it

I totally agree with Marilyn. For Red trust is everything and once broken that trust it's over... It would be for me, honestly. I'm a lot like Red when it comes to trust.

Love the gif set. And also talking about trust I still think that with Lizzie, he will still want to protect her but the trust will be broken. I don't know how she will get it back.

I have no clue how any of them, Liz or Mr. Kaplan could gain Red's trust back... Damn it, that betrayal was big and I'm sure Mr. Kaplan is well aware of it and of how much she's hurt Red. We know that she cares for him, that she loves him (not in a romantic way but you know what I mean...).

Now that she knows that Liz is in danger because of her, I am sure that she knows what she did was so wrong. I think she regrets it now but at the time she thought it was the best thing she could do.

The title of the thread says it all for me. Red simply has nothing left for Kaplan. I don't know how you move past it. Even if forgiveness is possible, I don't know how your relationship would be the same.
