I miss these two! Just looking at the last few pages of comments, it is neat how the writers were able to sway people to liking Nick and Adalind together.
They did a great job at turning the characters hatred for one another into love. You don't really see that very often on shows (at least not the ones I have watched), so it was neat.

I shipped these two from the first season. I thought they had smokin chemistry but I wasn't a bhi Adalind fan, I came around to her after Nick initially took away her powers and she said "you killed me". I never thought Nick and Juliette had any chemistry and I thought he had chemistry with a few women that season. I actually stopped watching after season 2 with the whole amnesia storyline. Came back on S5 once I heard Adalind was pregnant with Nicks baby because I figured my ship was finally about to happen. Caught up with Nadalind S4 scenes on YouTube. Glad I came back and half they were endgame!!

I agree that their relationship evolved very organically over time which made it seem much more realistic than a lot of the hate to love relationships I have seen on other shows.

Re-watched Season 6 and love how the writers dove straight into making Nick and Adalind reunite from the first episode. She is forced to stay at Renard's house but Nick comes barging in and they passionately kiss and hug, it's so beautiful


I admit, I was pleased that they didn't force Nick and Juliette back together in the end. His relationship with Adalind had evolved so much that it would have betrayed his feelings. His history with Juliette belonged in the past. He was clearly shown to be happy with Adalind post-Season 4. I admire that the writers didn't cop out in the end. They stuck to their instincts and recognized Adalind's growth with Nick as well as his.


When he finally said "I love you" to Adalind, it felt like a well-earned moment in GRIMM history.
