There’s an instant connection between the two women. Over in Cosima’s neck of the woods, Delphine is proving to be too charming to stay away from. Based on the look on Cosima’s face when her new French friend kisses her on either cheek, I think she might be equal parts suspicious of her intentions and falling for that accent. Cosima was hesitant at first, but that face and that accent — even smart girls get dumb around girls like Delphine. While we weren't sure how we were going to feel about yet another monitor turning their back on their job because of feelings for their clone, it was how Evelyne Brochu played the scenes as Delphine struggled with her feelings for Cosima and her job as monitor ... and she showed up at the loft in the finale to warn Cosima about Dr. Leekie that won us over. Delphine's relationship with Cosima started off ... tainted by the lies. However, that also changed with the final two episodes, and by the time Cosima was admitting she was sick and Delphine was holding her, we were on board.       + future. past.  +       + |

cosima apparently understands french?? headcanon says delphine has been teaching her french and all the french words she taught her are all different words and sentences of sweet nothings.  __________________

Or Delphine has said some of the words that often that Cosima has been secretly teaching herself so that she can hear all the cuteness Delphine is saying and impress Delphine with her knowledge.

 I think she just said Mon Amour, but it's not a giant leap to add Je t'aime. The sentiment is the same since we know Delphine is in love with her.  But I will say as much as I enjoyed that moment I did feel sort of wary about the fact that Leekie was also inter-cut alongside them. It was just reminding me that while Cosima and Delphine are together they still have other things looming over them, one of them even literally being, Leekie, and Delphine's prior relationship with him. So I kind of felt uneasy about it if that makes sense. And god we're half way through the season which I can't believe. I'm not entirely sure if I'm completely happy with how things have gone so far from a Cosima/Delphine perspective. I mean I can't complain about the state of their relationship. They are together that's great. They are making crazy science ( ) together, that's good too, but I still feel like something is missing somewhat and that Cosima hasn't been getting the focus she deserves. Granted it was better this episode, so maybe my concern is unfounded, but I'm still concerned. And idk they are together maybe they could kiss again sometime soon?  __________________

I want them to fight like in 1x09, because in scenes like that you see how much people care about each other. Maybe for me it went to easily for Cosima to forgive Delphine and I want some recompensation. Don't get me wrong, I'm 100% Delphine side and I truly believe that she does everything for Cosima, but I am a nerd who loves this show and analise every sentence and action of hers. But it is Cosimas ****ed up life with patents and sickness and monitors and I wouldn't be suprised if it takes long time for her to trust Delphine again. You know what i mean? |

Hmmm, I think the fundamental difference between Leekie and Paul is that Leekie thinks of the clones as his experiments and he loves his experiments but in the end of the day he still treats them as objects whereas Paul is just trying to do whatever he can to survive and I don't think his link to Sarah is that strong enough to screw everything in order to help her. When it's down to his life or Sarah's, he'd have picked his over Sarah's in a heartbeat. But he is still trying to look out for her if that doesn't affect his safety.

Their relationship is so complex, and the science stuff is so important, I feel like we need that more than we need a 10 minute scene related to Rachel boning Paul. I've never really cared for Paul personally so I won't even speak on that subject. |
