No idea, I don't know that there is a set time but probably usually some time after the mother & baby are out of the danger zone. Maybe in the third trimester so closer to the due date?

Usually around 6 or 7 months depending on how the pregnancy and woman are health wise. She's young so I'd say maybe soonish.

It could depend on if she has any history of pregnancy problems, although if she did I wouldn't think it would have been announced yet. Then I think the danger zone ends around 24/25 weeks in the 5th/6th month so your guess is still after that

But really a baby shower could be such a problem? I thought it was just a small party where the pregnant woman sit and open presents, takes pictures, eats cake or whatever __________________
