Charmed was Charmed because of the original cast. So they should not be calling it charmed. What happened to Copyrights and stuff?

I'm sure they're getting approval for things. It's supposed to be a reboot. I agree though that the original cast is what made the show. Also I feel like the time period it took place was just appropriate for the show too (late 90s/early 2000s).
