That Criminal Minds news is upsetting. He should not be fired. Suspended I can understand, but he is an integral part of that show.

Now he is seeking legal advice on a possible law suit , for wrongful termination . But also this has brought out past behavior on and off set , that paints him as demanding with a temper ..
