Should've occurred to them right away it was a relative. Especially because it was a 12 out of 13 match, wouldn't it be 13 out of 13 if it was actually his DNA?
Also why didn't anybody on the police force who wanted to catch the Viglante think of trying to get a DNA sample and running it against their samples? Then bam, they would've had him. Not the smartest police force I guess, lol. __________________

Poor Oliver in denial. But technically He wasn't wrong that she didn't do it of her own free will.
Are they doing DNA right? Oliver and Thea are only half sibs, would their DNA really be that similar? And really Ray thinks he can just Ping Felicity's phone whenever he wants. How do the writers not realize how creepy and inappropriate that is? __________________
