I've seen the Flash Comic in my local retailers but now I need to search out the Arrow ones!

I can't get into Flash Zero. Not a fan of the graphics or the writing. The ones for Arrow are a lot better.

In terms of the Flash New 52 comics though, those are really good. And I am loving the Green Arrow New 52 ones.

I've got 2 comic book shops where I live which is great. Before I moved back home I had to get my comics online. I would order the books though, not a fan of digital.

I agree I would much prefer the books rather than digital and its the new Flash and Arrow ones I want to read

Flash has such a rich history that I've been wanting to read those myself.

I read the year one green Arrow comics and some other older GA comics but I wasn't a huge fan. Oliver is kind of douche in some of them. I not a huge fan. I kind of much prefer Oliver on Arrow. Then again I've got to see Olivers character grow on the show im sure had I read the comics in a general order that might have changed my opinion.

Maybe I will just dive in with the new 52 stuff and then just work my way back after I get a feel for the character.

Yeah- we all come to the characters in different ways.

It was because of Smallville that I got introduced to Green Arrow and from there I wanted to know more about his comic mythology so have a lot of the 1980's issues. Totally a douche but that's what makes him so fascinating in terms of character growth because the GA from back then is not the one that we have in the New 52.

I'm starting to get into the Flash comic books (not Flash Zero which the show is based off of) but older Flash. I read Rebirth by Geoff Johns which was a really good story.

I am the same as you Ron I first learnt of Green Arrow through Smallville and then watched Stephen's Arrow on the show and love the character

It was interesting, in one of the comics I got, Green Arrow: The Wonder Year (Mar. 1993), Oliver only claimed to be stranded for 11 weeks. That seriously made me laugh because of how short that time period is now.

I understand, I hate to read digital books. It's more comfortable to have the book or comic in your hands. And there are many Flash comics, even I found a few of Daredevil, but nothing from Arrow. And that amazes me because Arrow has already 4 seasons and usually these things get popular where I live and there comes more merchancy of it. But didn't see Arrow comics here yet. There are mostly Marvel comics, grrr

Ugh Marvel- no!

I'm a DC girl through and through. I've tried reading some Marv comics and will watch the movies but ultimately it's a no.

I'll have to look at the writers for it and get back to you.

I know, I'm not a big fan of Marvel movies, there are exceptions but just a few. My friends love Marvel, I can't understand them, although I like some stuff of it, I prefer DC. But the preferences where I live seem to be the opposite.
