I just think that Thor will always forgive Loki he would forgive him right away if Loki apologized for what he's done and he would come home with him and let go of all his crazy dreams __________________

 Got to love I don't know the exact quote, but one of my favorite ones from Tom is when he says something along the lines of "Loki hates Thor, which must mean that underneath that he still loves him." __________________

I remember that quote - he said that the opposite of love is not hate, but indifference. You wouldn't bother to have strong emotions for someone you didn't care about. While that's not always true, it is very correct when applied to Loki's feelings for his brother.
Loki is too proud to ever apologize, I think, but it would probably kill him to face a situation where he realizes that Thor has given up on him. __________________

I love that quote. It's true about the opposite of love is indifference.
 I guess Loki is really too proud to admit he was wrong. I don't think they could be brothers like before again, but I do want to see them reminiscing together __________________
