And I am getting so frustrated with them NOT interacting at all. I mean have them reconnect cause I know Emma is suppose to still think That being with Ethan will never work cause he still has a thing for Sutton, but they haven't really said too much on where she really is with that. She claims she doesn't care but I am not so sure.

I know she says she doesn't care, but I think that is to protect herself from Sutton, and the hurtful jabs about her sleeping with Ethan again. Sutton has always lied, and claimed that Ethan had a thing for her, that they had a strong connection. Ethan hasn't said anything, so what is Emma supposed to think? She has to salvage her pride by not caring.

Ethan just needs to see through it, or just be open and honest about how he feels about both Sutton and Emma. Emma needs to know before she can open up to him at all, IMO.

I think Ethan hasn't said anything because he himself don't want to be shut down again. I honestly think that is why he doesn't bother clarifying because in his mind he probably think its a lost cause.

They are both assuming a lot about the other which makes it worse.

True. Ethan tried to break through her shields right after the fight, but I think he couldn't bear the unhappiness he had caused Emma. Instead of waiting and letting her calm down, he pouted. When he finally went after her again, he misinterpreted the affection between Emma/Thayer, and probably gave up again. Now things are too complicated, Emma barely speaks to him, and is obviously not going to listen to his feelings.

I think you are right, the tutoring brought them closer before, and if Ethan gets the chance to have her alone, he might be able to open up with her and tell her how he really feels.

You know when Emma wanted to run away and Ethan was trying to convince her to stay and he wanted to go with her and she was like " you have a job here etc.. and he said he didn't care about all that he just wanted her...?

Yeah I wish they had that same dialogue just with Sutton in the middle
