I want a tablet too

It's supposed to be a full novel. It's the one I've been wanting to write for two years now

But I really don't have the time I ought to have, I haven't written anything more this week except for those first words

So technically I'm already 6000 words behind on schedule

The thing is, I need longer periods of time without any kids around and not being too tired

Anyway; it's a YA-genre

It's my favorite genre too

Though I've also enjoyed some books with an YA feel / or typical YA theme, but aimed at the adult audience. I'm currently re-reading the All Souls trilogy (A discovery of witches).
About vampires, demons, witches, but not in a YA way at all

A lot of history and science involved as well

I'm currently reading 400 student essays, which are wonderful, but not quite the same.

We celebrate Christmas with family. No presents though

We usually just go to bed when we're tired on New Year's Eve

But now that oldest son is 8, he gets to stay up so we have to

I love holidays. I've always been curious about holiday traditions. It's nice when things are handed down from one generation to the other.

Hello! I've been lurking on here (and other boads too) for a bit and finally decide to create an account so I can post.

I've read back a little and you all have a really good OT thread on this board.

Joining in the discussion, I celebrate Christmas. I love all the family time and traditions. I don't enjoy the shopping part so much, it stresses me out, mostly because I don't like the crowds, so I try to do most of my shopping online.

I also love New Years, but we usually just go out to dinner and then spend the evening at home.

I will post a proper introduction on the introduction thread soon.
