I was thinking of at least putting in reasons... which work good as future title ideas. and I was gonna re-watch all the episodes some time this weekend, so I'll be able to dig all the reasons out.

okay, I wasn't able to do a complete rewatch because the files I had for eps 4&5 were corrupt, but here's the reasons I got down so far...

because he's an attorney, not an axe-murderer
because when he's conscious, he doesn't lose
because he saw a circus once, and there was a girl with a tail, and he thought it was so hot
